Rhonda Lee is the Director of Human Resources for Dunham & Associates Investment Counsel, Inc. and Dunham Trust.

Rhonda has over 20 years of progressive human resources and leadership experience. Rhonda received a Bachelor of Business Administration from National University in San Diego. She obtained a PHR (Professional in Human Resources) Certification and SHRM-CP (Society for Human Resource Management-Certified Professional) designation.

Throughout her career, Rhonda has gained experience in industries such as financial services, insurance, manufacturing, retail, and recently, software technology. As a leading professional in her discipline, Rhonda specializes in HR leadership, strategic planning, talent acquisition, and employment and labor law. She also has expertise in performance management, policy and procedure development, benefits design and administration, and process improvement.
