Jeffrey A. Dunham is Chairman and CEO of Dunham. Jeffrey began Dunham in 1985, with the belief that Sub-Advisers should be paid based on their ability to outperform their stated benchmark. Ryan J. Dykmans, CFA

PRESIDENT & CHIEF INVESTMENT OFFICER

Ryan Dykmans, CFA, is the President and Chief Investment Officer for Dunham & Associates Investment Counsel, Inc. As a member of the team since 2004, Ryan has served the firm in various roles. Ryan has a Bachelor’s in Accounting from the University of Redlands and holds FINRA Series 7, 24, and 66 registrations, and has attained the CFA ® Chartered Financial Analyst designation with membership in the CFA Society San Diego and the CFA Institute. Salvatore M. Capizzi, CEPA

CHIEF SALES & MARKETING OFFICER

Salvatore M. Capizzi is Chief Sales & Marketing Officer of Dunham. Prior to joining Dunham in 2008, Sal developed BlackRock's retail distribution platform and substantially grew the complex during his eight-year tenure. Ryan Dierberg joined Dunham in January 2023 as Client Services Associate. He most recently held an Internal Marketing Consultant position at Lincoln Financial, specializing in Asset-Based Long-Term Care. Katie holds a B.B.A. in Business and Government from the College of William and Mary, along with FINRA Series 7, Series 63, and Series 66 registrations.
