As the Content Marketing Associate, you will be responsible for creating and running paid advertising campaigns across Google and LinkedIn. You will create and market approximately two YouTube videos every three months, and be responsible for studying and mastering Dunham's best practices for Search Engine Marketing (SEM), online advertising, and document updates. 

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

  • Learning the fundamentals for Google Advertising and paid social marketing
  • Produce quality video content for Dunham's YouTube channel
  • Assist in all steps related to implementing and completing Dunham's Google Ad campaigns
  • Create image display ads to promote Dunham's various online content
  • Maintain online marketing standards for the Company
  • Partner with internal and external clients and stakeholders to produce sales and marketing content
  • Coordinate with compliance and legal staff for regulatory purposes
  • Assist with other essential marketing duties that contribute to the overall marketing strategy, as needed

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Finance, Graphic Design or equivalent experience
  • 0-2 years of experience in content creation or content marketing
  • Working knowledge of the Adobe Creative Suite including: After Effects or Premier, Photoshop, and InDesign
  • Strong attention to detail and time management skills
  • Ability to work under intense deadlines with frequent interruptions and complete highly detailed work on multiple, concurrent tasks

The position will contribute in a number of areas as they pertain to the operational oversight and implementation of investment management. In addition, he/she will prepare investment proposals, analyze existing and prospective clients’ investment portfolios, complete due diligence questionnaires, facilitate important aspects of mutual fund custody, and contribute to the collaborative efforts of the analyst team while reporting to the Director of Research.

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:

  • Gather and analyze data and prepare response materials;
  • Complete standard and moderately complex due diligence questionnaires, prospective client proposals, and in-depth portfolio analyses;
  • Contribute to written and verbal commentary on specific and general market investment issues;
  • Update and maintain investment fact sheets and marketing collateral;
  • Create client-specific investment proposals and analyses;
  • Complete essential fund documentation regarding custody relationships and ongoing operations of the funds;
  • Fulfill due diligence requests and requests for proposals from third-party firms;
  • Assist the analyst team with research requests and prepare analyst materials;
  • Facilitate the administrative and operational functions of the trading desk;
  • Conduct ad hoc research on competitors and provide summarized results;
  • Place accommodation trades for client accounts.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Finance or a business-related area
  • FINRA Series 7 and/or Series 66 license preferred
  • If one of the above licenses has not been obtained OR is not current, it must be obtained within an agreed upon period of time;
  • Minimum of 3 years of investment industry experience (or related finance field);
  • Advanced MS Excel spreadsheet capabilities;
  • Excellent oral, written, and presentation skills;
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to work on numerous tasks simultaneously;
  • Must be able to work under intensive deadlines with frequent interruptions and complete highly detailed work on multiple, concurrent tasks;
  • Must be able to interpret data, understand financial industry-specific information and documents, and use math and mathematical reasoning to solve non-routine and complex problems.
