Countless places around the world have closed in order to reduce the spread of COVID-19. But social distancing does not have to be all that bad, does it? Here are a few activities you and your families can do to keep yourselves entertained during this unusual time. Be sure to check back regularly. Peloton is offering a 90-day free trial to their library of digital classes. 305 Fitness also hosts lots of videos on YouTube. Gold's Gym, through their digital personal training app, is offering 600+ free workouts until May 31.

Audible offers free audiobooks for children and families.

Some Ivy League universities are offering free classes.

Masterclass hosts online classes from legends in their respective fields. It costs $199 for a full membership, and $99 for one five-to-six-hour class.

The Metropolitan Opera is streaming free operas during the temporary period of social distancing.

Provided are some sites which offer virtual reality tours of museums and natural landscapes.

Universal on Monday said they would be releasing films on demand that would have gone out in theaters.

Virtual reality meetings are another great option for spending time with others during this time of social distancing. There are a number of ways you can do this but in our opinion, the best option available is a software called Rumii. Rumii allows you to invite others into a room with you. In that room, you can share documents and YouTube videos. It is compatible with most VR headsets. If you do not have a headset, you can still access its features through your desktop.

Reading books is another option. Warren Buffett advises reading 500 pages a day!

Planet Fitness is offering free online fitness classes via live stream. Or, if you prefer, this site has 1300+ themed workouts, most of which require nothing but an open space of floor.
