This annual award will recognize an individual for exemplifying extraordinary client service and
professionalism in the course of delivering financial advisory services.
On March 12th of 2007, we lost our cherished friend and colleague, Charlie Eisenmann. Charlie
served as Chief Operating Officer for Dunham & Associates Investment Counsel, Inc. In
addition to forging a highly-efficient, advisor and client-focused Operations team, overseeing
Sub-Adviser performance, and helping to shape Dunham’s strategic direction, Charlie was
widely revered for his leadership, quick wit, calm demeanor and sense of humor. He epitomized a
set of client-centric values that Dunham & Associates strongly feels should be embodied by
the industry today more than ever. These values center on always putting the customer first and
on providing client-appropriate services based on the client's needs and desires, while
delivering the highest levels of financial advisory excellence. In terms of how Charlie went
about doing business, this often meant challenging the status quo, and going above and beyond
what was expected professionally. Charlie’s “people helping people” philosophy
challenges us to raise the bar in terms of how we do business, and serves as both a legacy and
inspiration for us all.
